Wassim Sadek
With more than a decade of experience in litigation, Wassim Sadek has built a reputation as a determined advocate who gets results. As Principal Solicitor of Sadek Lawyers, he leads a practice spanning commercial law, building and construction disputes, debt recovery, and family law, giving clients the benefit of broad litigation experience matched with genuine strategic insight.

Tamineh (Tammy) Saboune
Tamineh (Tammy) Saboune completed her Bachelor of Laws at Macquarie University and was admitted to practice in 2024. She is currently a practising Lawyer at Sadek Lawyers, where she advises and represents clients across a broad range of legal matters, including Family Law, Succession Law, Property Law and Commercial Law.
Tammy is committed to providing practical, strategic and client-focused legal advice. She approaches each matter with diligence, professionalism and attention to detail, taking the time to understand her clients’ individual circumstances and objectives.
Her passion for reading has strengthened her research, analytical and problem-solving skills, allowing her to approach complex legal issues with clarity and precision. Tammy is dedicated to achieving high-quality outcomes for her clients while maintaining a compassionate and professional approach throughout every stage of a matter.
PARALEGAL
Sana Orya
Sana is a paralegal at Sadek Lawyers and is currently in the fourth year of her Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Psychology at Macquarie University.
Sana supports the firm across all stages of a matter, from taking initial client instructions through to preparing briefs and assisting with Court appearances. She has amassed strong practical experience and brings diligence, care and genuine commitment to everything she does.
Known for her approachable nature, Sana is loved by our clients and highly regarded by counsel and Court staff alike. Her combined studies in law and psychology give her a valuable understanding of people as well as the law — a quality our clients notice from their very first conversation with her.

PARALEGAL
Omid Rahmani
Omid Rahmani is a Paralegal at Sadek Lawyers and is currently in his final year of a Bachelor of Laws at the University of Technology Sydney. He looks forward to completing his degree and taking the next step in his legal career by seeking admission as a solicitor of the Supreme Court of New South Wales.
Omid supports the legal team across a range of matters, assisting with legal research, document preparation, client communications and the day-to-day progression of files. He approaches his work with enthusiasm, attention to detail and a genuine desire to develop his practical legal skills.
Outside the office, Omid is passionate about soccer and enjoys spending time with friends and family.
ACCOUNTS MANAGER
Natasha Wahab
Natasha Wahab is the Accounts Manager at Sadek Lawyers. She oversees the firm’s day-to-day accounts and financial administration, including invoicing, billing, account enquiries and the management of financial records. Her organised and detail-focused approach helps ensure the firm’s accounts processes operate efficiently and accurately.
Bringing strong management and administrative skills to her role, Natasha is committed to providing clear and professional assistance to both clients and the Sadek Lawyers team. Her approachable nature and attention to detail make her an integral part of the firm’s day-to-day operations.
